Benefit deductions are taken biweekly (24 or 26 pay periods) and all benefits go into effect the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
One Exception: 401k and 403b can go into effect the first pay period following the election.

Employees accrue up to 4.0 a ppd in addition to their PTO. After one year of benefit eligible time the employee can access this bank to use for a short-term disability.
Center for Family Services provides counseling sessions, crisis intervention and credit counseling.
Assistance for approved courses up to $2,000 dollars per year, amortized over 12 months. Available after one year of benefit eligible service.
