Healthy Florida, LLC, to offer a comprehensive diabetes management curriculum for patients with diabetes. Classes will initially be offered at Bethesda Hospital West, located at 9655 W. Boynton Beach Boulevard, starting August 2013.
H.E.R.O.’s model of diabetes self-management education is the only one in the country to have been awarded national recognition from the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) and regional accreditation from the American Diabetes Association (ADA). H.E.R.O. has been helping people successfully manage their diabetes in many locations across the country and even overseas.
